PingoCoudin is an independent technology company based in Costa Rica. We believe small businesses deserve the same technical quality as large ones, explained in plain language and sized to fit.

Founder

Carlos Pérez founded PingoCoudin after 25 years in technology: software development, Linux infrastructure, artificial intelligence and SaaS platforms. He previously held IT management positions at international medical device manufacturers, where reliability and documentation are not optional. Today he brings that corporate experience to small businesses, with solutions sized to fit and explained in plain language.

Based in Costa Rica, working with clients in person and remotely.
